Stephen Kenepp
President / C.E.O.
Steve has been employed with API for over 20 years. His precast career began as an Estimator. He then transferred to Project Management where he served for 10 years. Following project management, Steve was promoted to Sales Director. In 2015, he took over as President and C.E.O. Steve holds an Associate's Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from Lincoln Technical Institute. Steve has served 2 terms on the Board of Directors of the Mid-Atlantic Precast Association and is actively involved with PCI (Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute).
Gary Reed
VP of Sales
Gary joined the API team in 2020 following his time as the Director of PCI’s Mid-Atlantic Chapter. Gary has been in the precast business for over 30 years. He knows the precast business inside and out. In his free time he enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time with his family.
Dustin Klinger
Director of Human Resources/Safety Manager
Dustin oversees the Human Resources department at API, providing support, knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, recruitment, employee relations and employee engagement. Dustin has over eleven years of experience in the HR field and received his BA in Communications from Susquehanna University. He also graduated with a secondary concentration in Business Administration. Prior to joining API, Dustin worked as an HR Director for a local health care facility that employed more than 300 employees. In addition to his role with API, Dustin serves as the Membership Director for the local SHRM chapter, which he has been a member of for the past five years.
