One Theater Square

One Theater Square is located in Newark, NJ. The mixed use high rise is the first complex to be added to the Newark skyline in over 50 years. This project was part of the rejuvenation of the downtown area. Located across from Military Park and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, it boasts as a hub in downtown living, entertainment and shopping. 

This 22 story, 398,000 sq ft. building offers 245 luxury apartments and a gated parking garage with 285 parking spots. 

We produced a total of 420 panels for the tower. These panels are interior and exterior wall panels. 

We produced 237 panels for the parking structure. The parking structure contains load bearing spandrels, infill spandrels, column covers, and exterior wall panels.
