Dick has spent his entire working life in the construction industry. At API, Dick oversees the management of API’s architectural precast concrete projects. He reviews and executes subcontracts with our customers, awards subcontracts to lower tier trades, and works closely with architectural and structural blueprints as well as API generated precast erection and detail drawings. Dick works carefully with API’s precast engineers to insure our precast meets the architectural design and structural requirements of each job.
